1.- Specific Terms of Employment for “SESAME AI”

The CLIENT accepts and acknowledges that this document shall prevail over any other contract, agreement, or expression of intent that has been formalised between SESAME HR and the CLIENT, or is intended to be formalised, and contradicts these terms

By activating and using the functionality, you accept and acknowledge that any information you enter or allow to be analysed will be handled by the provider’s service as a sub-processor. You accept that your data may be transferred internationally.

The CLIENT assumes the risk and consequences of using the contracted service and releases SESAME from any liability arising from using the service, damage, or any consequences affecting the CLIENT. Any responsibility agreed upon between the CLIENT and SESAME HR through any contract or agreement shall be null and void and shall be considered not included concerning the use of the service being contracted.

It is the full responsibility of the CLIENT to analyse and assess the implications of the use of this service prior to its acceptance.
